Privacy statement
FAIR processes your application so we can assess whether a vacancy fits you. This page explains what we use, who sees it, and how you can ask us to change or delete it.
What we use
When you apply, we store the details you send: your name, contact details, CV, answers, and the consents you tick. We use them only to handle that application.
Who sees your details
Recruiters at FAIR review your application. We do not share your personal data with an employer unless you have agreed to that introduction.
WhatsApp and future vacancies
We contact you on WhatsApp about this application only if you tick that consent. Keeping your details for future vacancies is a separate, optional choice. That consent lasts up to 12 months.
How long we keep your CV
We keep your application details for a maximum of four weeks after the process ends, unless you allow us to keep them longer for future matching.
Your choices
You can ask us to see, correct, or delete your details. Use the contact details below and we will reply within one working day.
