Tasks:

• First contact points are for customers, both remotely and locally.
• To solve technical problems and provide support for project deliveries.
• Configuration of hardware and software, management of workplaces.

What are you gonna do? You work on location in Old Gastel and get the space to exploit your communicative skills and develop yourself. Function requirements:

• At least 2 years of experience in a similar ICT support function.
• Experience with Microsoft 365.
• Customer-oriented and communicative.
• Analytical.

Preference:

• Experience with ticketing systems.
